At Beau Ties of Vermont, we want you to be completely satisfied with your handcrafted accessories. If your order isn't a perfect fit, we offer easy returns and exchanges within 30 days of purchase for all unworn items.

Return Process

  Contact our customer service team via email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and a prepaid shipping label.

  Pack Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is securely tucked away to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship the Package

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location or schedule a pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our artisans inspect the returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
